📦 Processing Time

 

  • Orders are hand-packed and typically ship within 21-28 business days.
     
  • Weekend/holiday orders begin processing the next business day.
     
  • During drops, sales, or high-volume periods, processing may take a bit longer.
     

 

🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS.

Estimated delivery times after processing:

 

  • U.S. Domestic: 5-10 business days
     
  • International: 7–21 business days (varies by country & customs)
     

 

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or customs.

🧾 Tracking

Tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

🌍 International Shipping & Customs (VAT/Duties)

International orders may be subject to customs fees, VAT, duties, or import taxes.
These fees are not included in your order total and are the buyer’s responsibility.

UniScoops™ is not responsible for customs delays.

💔 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

 

  • If your package is marked Delivered by the carrier, UniScoops™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
     
  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of:
     
    • the shipping box/mailer
       
    • packing materials
       
    • the damaged item(s)

Mystery scoop items are final sale.
Because items are mystery-based, contents vary and cannot be customized.

🛑 Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
UniScoops™ is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an address issue, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.
