These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and expectations for using our website and purchasing our products. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the terms listed below.
1. Overview
By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or place an order.
UniScoops™ is a mystery scoop shop. Because many of our items are mystery-based, limited quantity, or selected during the order fulfillment process, customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before completing checkout.
2. Products
We sell mystery scoop bundles, toy scoop bundles, collectibles, accessories, and other fun surprise items designed to bring joy, excitement, and creativity to our customers.
Please note:
Product colors, styles, shapes, sizes, and packaging may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, availability, or packaging differences.
Mystery scoop items are selected at random or based on the specific scoop/product purchased. Specific items are not guaranteed unless clearly stated in the product description.
Some products may contain small parts. Adult supervision is recommended for children under 3 years of age.
We may update, discontinue, restock, or modify products at any time without notice.
3. Mystery Scoop Disclaimer
By purchasing a mystery scoop or mystery-style product, you understand that the items received may vary from what is shown in photos, videos, live streams, or promotional content.
Photos and videos may be used for examples, inspiration, or previous scoops, but they do not guarantee the exact items you will receive.
All mystery scoop sales are based on chance, availability, and current inventory at the time your order is fulfilled.
4. Orders & Payments
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, including your name, email address, shipping address, and selected products.
All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment processors, such as Shopify Payments, PayPal, or other available checkout providers.
Orders are accepted once payment is successfully processed.
We reserve the right to cancel, limit, or refuse orders if fraud, misuse, system errors, or policy violations are suspected.
5. No Add-Ons, Notes, or Order Changes After Checkout
Once an order is placed, no add-ons, changes, special notes, or requests can be added to the order.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Adding additional scoops after checkout.
Adding video services after checkout.
Adding notes, likes, preferences, or special requests after checkout.
Changing selected products.
Requesting substitutions.
Requesting that separate orders be combined.
Changing order details after the order has been submitted.
To help us prevent order errors and keep the fulfillment process fair and organized, customers must make sure everything they want is included before completing checkout.
6. Combining Orders
Orders placed separately cannot be combined.
This includes orders placed on different days, through different platforms, or during different product/video availability windows.
Each order will be processed separately based on the order details submitted at checkout.
7. Video Add-On Policy
Video services must be purchased at the time they are available and added to the order before checkout is completed.
Videos cannot be added after the order has been placed.
If video spots are sold out or unavailable at the time of checkout, and you specifically want a video with your order, you will need to wait until video spots are restocked before placing your order.
Purchasing a scoop without a video add-on means your order may be fulfilled without being recorded or posted.
Video availability is limited and not guaranteed unless the video add-on is successfully purchased with the order.
8. Processing Times
Our typical processing time is 14–21 business days before shipment, unless otherwise stated on the product page, announcement, or checkout notice.
Orders that include videos, custom handling, special promotions, large quantities, or high-volume sale items may require additional processing time.
Business days do not include weekends, holidays, or carrier delays.
9. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times depend on your location and the carrier.
Once an order has been shipped, UniScoops™ is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, incorrect addresses entered by the customer, or delivery issues outside of our control.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, we cannot guarantee that the order can be changed, intercepted, replaced, or refunded.

10. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the mystery nature of our products, limited inventory, and order processing workflow, all sales may be final unless otherwise stated in our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Refunds, replacements, or store credits may be considered at the sole discretion of UniScoops™ in cases of verified order issues, missing items, or errors caused by our team.
Customer preference, dislike of mystery items received, failure to read product descriptions, or failure to add desired services before checkout does not guarantee a refund or replacement.
11. Intellectual Property
All images, designs, logos, graphics, videos, text, branding, and content on https://uniscoops.shop and our social media platforms are the property of UniScoops™ unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, distribute, copy, modify, sell, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
The UniScoops™ name, logo, branding, and related materials may not be used in a way that causes confusion, misrepresents affiliation, or suggests endorsement without permission.
12. Social Media & Content Use
By purchasing from UniScoops™, you understand that orders, packaging, mystery scoops, customer first names, comments, reviews, or related content may be featured in social media posts, videos, live streams, or promotional materials.
We do not share full private customer information such as full addresses, payment details, or private contact information.
If you have a privacy concern about your first name or order being featured, please contact us before placing your order.
13. Limitation of Liability
UniScoops™ is not responsible for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Delays or issues beyond our control, including shipping delays, carrier errors, weather events, website issues, or third-party processor problems.
Misuse of products.
Customer failure to read product descriptions, policies, or checkout notices.
Customer failure to add desired items or video services before checkout.
Products should always be used safely and as intended.
14. Website Errors
We make every effort to keep our website accurate and updated. However, errors may occasionally occur, including pricing errors, inventory errors, product description errors, or technical issues.
We reserve the right to correct errors, cancel affected orders, issue refunds, or update product information at any time.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
15. Processing Times
Our typical processing time is up to 25 business days before shipment for orders that include videos and up to 15 business days before shipment for non-video orders, unless otherwise stated on the product page, announcement, or checkout notice.
Orders that include videos, custom handling, special promotions, large quantities, or high-volume sale items may require additional processing time.
Business days do not include weekends, holidays, or shipping carrier delays.
